Impersonation

Impersonation

1. Go to EM in that Farm_BIFoundation_domain -> Business Intelligence -> coreapplication -> security -> Application Policies

2. For BI Administrator role we have to add two new permissions:
    a) oracle.bi.server.impersonateUser 
    b) oracle.bi.server.queryUserPopulation

No restart is required

            

3. Now use this URL for accessing impersonate user

 http://hostname:9704/analytics/saw.dll?Logon&NQUser=Administrator&NQPassword=Administrator&Impersonate=usernametoimpersonate

     4.         After  login we can observe  a blank page as below

   5.        Delete  the saw.dll?Logon, Now we can access as impersonate user
